i'm not entirely sure why these books seem to like stimulant medication so much. i prefer to be myself and don't really like all of the wicked cool side effects. i am willing to try meditating again though. this book has many good aspects, and it's good to remind yourself of them occasionally, but the chances of me getting a life coach at any time in the near future are fairly slim. mission accomplished, brain successfully scrubbed and ready for use. perhaps i should hang it on the line for a few days so it has the opportunity to dry.
